    Dr. Desmond Frey is Founder and President of dfmi-Europe, a ministry dedicated to Leadership-Focused-Mentoring of spiritual leaders in Europe. His experience as a corporate executive along with more than two decades in ministry leadership, have given Desmond a fresh message to both, the experienced and aspiring leaders of today. Desmond's practical and to-the-point teachings are fueled by his passion for the local church. Dr. Frey's European Pastors Network is now providing ministry resources into 16 European countries and more nations are added every year 

    Through the dfmi-Leadership Seminars and the dfmi-Personal Mentoring Program, the Frey's speak to hundreds of European Pastors and leaders every year.  

    Together with his wife Sandy, the Frey's also minister to couples through their Marriage Investment Seminars. Most European Countries have a divorce rate far above 50% and these heart-reaching and practical seminars have inspired and restored and helped countless marriages and relationships in Europe.

    During the summer of 2003,
Desmond and Sandy pioneered PowerHouse International Church in Zürich Switzerland. This international church emphasizes "Powerful Christian Living" and has a desire to encourage strategic church planting all over the European continent.

    One of Desmond's passions is mentoring men. This desire was given to him through Dr. Edwin Louis Cole, one of Desmond's spiritual fathers and role models. Translating the "Majoring In Men" curriculum into the German language is one of Desmond's current projects.

    Another reach of DFMI is in EQUIP-Switzerland. (In German) Desmond serves as the Swiss Country Coordinator for John Maxwell and directs the "EQUIP leadership program" in Switzerland, training over three thousand current and prospective leaders.
